Previous to forming work//shop David ran his own joinery business not only making but also designing bespoke pieces for numerous high-end residential and commercial clients. As Operations Director he oversees all manufacturing processes throughout every project and nothing leaves the workshop without approval from his expert eye.
David has had a passion for making, ever since he built a scale model of the Parthenon out of fax paper rolls and cereal boxes at the age of 8. He went on to study 3D Design and Sculpture at Reigate School of Art and Design where he developed his technical ability and design skills. David brings a unique skill base to the studio with a broad working knowledge of manufacturing and finishing processes.
David always goes the extra mile for clients. His love of materials and technical knowledge mean that he can offer unique and creative solutions to a brief, achieving excellent results for his clients.
